All XTRARM products are covered from the date of purchase. We stand behind the quality of our Dutch-designed TV mounts.
What's covered
- ✓Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- ✓Structural failure under normal use and recommended weight limits
- ✓Defective components such as swivel joints, tilt mechanisms and cable management
Not covered
- ✕Damage caused by improper installation or incorrect wall mounting
- ✕Normal wear and tear, scratches or cosmetic damage
- ✕Use exceeding the specified maximum TV weight or VESA size
- ✕Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties
How to make a warranty claim
Contact us with your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and a description of the issue. Please include photos if possible.
Our team will assess your claim and arrange a replacement or repair. In most cases, we ship a replacement part directly to you.
